  • Why don’t I see X passes listed?

    We are always working to add new passes and experiences to Local Wanderer. If there is a specific institution you would like to see join the program, please contact the Local Wanderer team at localwanderer@ocls.org.

  • How does the Local Wanderer program work?

    Local Wanderer passes are entirely digital. Passes can only be reserved through the Local Wanderer page at ocls.org/wander. Passes cannot be reserved over the phone or in-person and are not available directly from Local Wanderer partners. Passes are first-come, first-served, and there are no waitlists.

  • I have reserved a pass for Hard Rock Live, how do I receive my ticket?

    Tickets for events at Hard Rock Live will always be emailed to you the day before the date of the event from localwanderer@ocls.org. Please make sure that email address is up to date on your library account before requesting a pass.
