Do I need an Orange County Library membership or library card account to buy tickets for the Romance, Wine & Chocolate event?
No, but to sign up for a library card visit our sign-up form. To join the Friends of the Library, please visit their membership sign-up page.

Tickets will be available starting Friday, August 1, 2026.

I’ve purchased a ticket for Romance, Wine & Chocolate and can no longer attend, may I receive a refund?
No refunds will be issued for this event. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place, or you may pick up your book at the Horizon West Branch September 26 – November 3, 2026, during regular operating hours.

What is the audience age requirement for the Romance, Wine & Chocolate event?
The required age to attend this event is 21 years and older. Bring a valid ID to enter and consume wine.

How do I sign up to receive text notices for events?
When you register for an event, you'll have the option to opt-in to receive text notices for that event. This option is specific to the event, so you will be able to decided for each event you register for whether or not you want to receive text notices for the event.
