Contest Rules & Eligibility Requirements
- Participants must have completed the Melrose Center General Orientation.
- The contest is open to all ages. Entries for contestants under the age of 18 must be submitted by a guardian.
- The project must be the participants’ original creation.
- The project needs to have been at least partially created using Melrose Center resources between January 1, 2020 and September 15, 2024. AI tools may only be used to enhance a project, not to create the work itself.
- The project can be created by more than one person, but must be submitted by a designated adult member of the group.
- Projects serving as crowdsourcing will not be accepted.
- Projects must be submitted in the form of a web address that leads directly to the image, audio file, video, etc. Access to the file must not require a login.
- Limit one entry per category.
- OCLS staff and immediate family are not eligible.
- The library reserves the right to disqualify an entry.
- The library reserves the right to not have an award winner in a category.
