Melrose Film Festival 2025

Melrose Film Festival submissions open Saturday March 1, 2025. A celebration of the art of visual storytelling in short films, the Melrose Film Festival highlights the work of imaginative filmmakers across the globe. Categories this year include AI Shorts, Animated Shorts, Documentaries, Micro Short Films and Short Films. Submit through Filmfreeway.com/MelroseFilmFestival.

Super Early Bird Deadline is March 15, 2025.
Early Bird Deadline is April 4, 2025.
Submission Deadline is May 1, 2025.
Notification Date is August 1, 2025.

Official selections will screen on Saturday September 27, 2025, at the Dorothy Lumley Melrose Center for Technology, Innovation & Creativity located on the 2nd floor of the Orlando Public Library, 101 East Central Blvd., Orlando FL 32801. Official programs will then be available for viewing on public YouTube for two weeks following the in-person screenings.
