    Crime-caper novelist Tim Dorsey last week became the seventh writer to be awarded the John D. MacDonald Award for excellence in Florida fiction, joining the likes of Elmore Leonard, James W. Hall and Randy Wayne White. Dorsey will autograph books at 1 p.m. Sunday at Barrel of Books and Games, 128 W. Fourth Ave., Mount Dora; 4 p.m. at the Orlando Public Library, 101 E Central Ave.; and 6 p.m. at the Writers Block Bookstore, 124 Welbourne Ave., Winter Park.
