Online Card Registration: Resident Card Account

I confirm that I am the caregiver of the juvenile being registered for this library card account. I agree to comply with all regulations, pay all fees, pay for the loss or damage or materials charged to this account, and give immediate notice of an address change or the loss of this card. I understand that I am responsible for all materials checked out from Orange County Library System on this account and that the juvenile’s account and borrowing privileges are not transferrable. I understand that this juvenile will not be eligible for an adult account upon turning 18, if their juvenile account has any fees. I understand delinquent accounts may be handed over to a collection agency.
