You must have an active, adult OCLS library card in good standing in order to reserve a pass. Juvenile cards and reciprocal borrower cards cannot be used to reserve Local Wanderer passes.

You can have 2 active passes per library card per month.
For example: You reserve a pass for the Central Florida Zoo valid for March 1 and a pass for the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra valid for March 9. You will then be unable to reserve another pass for the month of March, unless you cancel one of your current passes.

You can reserve 2 passes per partner per calendar year.
For example: You reserve a pass for the Dr. Phillips Center on March 1, 2026 and April 1, 2026. You will then be unable to reserve another pass for the Dr. Phillips Center until March 1, 2027.
