We’re excited to share a first look at the upcoming renovation of the first floor of the Orlando Public Library. The attached renderings offer a glimpse of the refreshed spaces that will help us better serve our customers while creating a more welcoming and engaging experience for everyone who visits.

We anticipate the project will begin in late summer and are excited to take this next step in enhancing our downtown location. This renovation reflects our ongoing commitment to providing spaces that support learning, connection, creativity, and discovery, and we look forward to sharing updates as the project progresses.

Everyone is getting excited to see progress at the new Horizon West library site. The building is looking great, but we’re not open just yet! We will announce an opening date as soon as we have one scheduled. In the meantime, please be patient and avoid visiting the site — it’s still a construction zone and we aren’t quite ready for visitors yet!
