Today marked an exciting milestone for the residents of Horizon West—the groundbreaking ceremony for the brand new Orange County Library System (OCLS) Horizon West Library branch!

Horizon West Branch is part of a future 11-acre campus that will feature the 20,000 square-foot library and outdoor spaces, including an outdoor performance area. Library construction is scheduled for completion in late 2025 by H.J. High Construction Company.

But there’s a unique kind of graffiti that local libraries are welcoming it’s all part of a display they want you to come out and see for yourself. It’s called ‘Yarnfiti.’
