An item that I have requested has been checked-out to me but I have not received it yet. What can I do?

Once an item that you have requested for home delivery has been checked-out to you, the item moves from your Holds list to your Checked Out list and you should receive the item within five business days. If you are concerned about an requested item not arriving as expected, please call Questline at (407) 835-7323.
