Local Wanderer passes are available to all adult OCLS cardholders in good standing, and Local Wanderer is a very popular program.

Pass availability refreshes daily at 10 a.m. if passes are available. If all passes for the month have already been reserved, that pass will continue to show as yellow / “Unavailable” even at refresh. It is not uncommon for pass reservations to be completely booked within 5-10 minutes of refresh.

For example: Say a museum provides the library with 20 passes per month. If 20 customers make reservations the first day of the month that those passes are available, every following day that month will show no pass availability, even upon “refresh” at 10 a.m., unless a customer cancels their pass.
