How do I redeem my pass?

If you have successfully reserved a Local Wanderer pass, you should receive a confirmation email containing a PDF of your ticket. Download this PDF and show a printed or digital copy to staff at the pass location. Please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder, as the confirmation email may have been filtered here by mistake. Local Wanderer passes come from the email address “alerts@mail.libcal.com”.

For location-based partners (such as museums, the Zoo, etc.), your pass is valid to be used once throughout the month of the reservation.
For performance-based partners, your pass is valid ONLY for the date and time of the performance listed on your confirmation email.
