Stay Fit While Staying at Home

Stay Fit While Staying at Home

Keeping myself active and motivated has been difficult over the last few weeks. Even with the “home gym” my husband and I created, I still hit a rut when it comes to exercise. Luckily for me, I have found new inspiration through the wonderful world of the internet. Below are some of my new discoveries from Kanopy, RBDigital and YouTube that have helped me shake the lead off and get moving.

Kanopy

Core Strength and Balance

In this session, focus on a series of yoga and Pilates exercises – performed both in a chair and on the floor – designed to improve your posture and strengthen the muscles in your core and back.
